the jury,s out at the moment.they feel very good, but i am not getting my usual distance with them
Plays well off the tee, and on the greens. Also great colour for tracking flight and where it lands.
The balls look and feel great. To be honest, since receiving them we've only had 1 dry day here in the last 12 days so haven't had the chance to try them out yet. The weather at this time of the year in N. Ireland is pretty grim
Trust golf ball performance compares to other top brands very good distance as well
Feels good on the putter and controls very well on chipping onto the green
Also not as expensive should you lose the ball
I’m a 7 hc and mainly play on my home course, coastal links with challenging greens. Hits well for distance off the tee, medium to hard contact with a good roll, picks up the yards. It feels harder than I thought off the club face from my driver. Around the greens up to 130 yds it’s not that good for me. It felt hard and I lost confidence when around the greens as it was less predicable. It took 11 holes of 18 to understand the balls moments off the 56/60 degree vokey and when putting a little longer due to the hardness of the ball surface. I liked the look of them and easier to spot in the air and in longer grass, so a plus point there. I will continue to use these balls over a period to fully get to know them better. I normally play with Pro V and that the difference in the control around the greens is superior than that of the Aurora, even though more expensive.
Complete with a unique crystal urethane cover and reactive core, Aurora are the most complete balls you'll find on the market, matching the swing speed of most golfers.
